Leading Through Difficult Times with Ericka Gonzalez – virtual session
May 26, 2025 at 1:00pm EST
About this event: This 50-minute session will focus on leading through difficult times and the challenges of change. It will be led by Ericka Gonzalez, Fanshawe’s Organizational Development Consultant – Leadership. The session is designed to offer practical strategies for navigating change and a space to reconnect and reflect as a team. By addressing challenges, participants will share experiences and explore ways to support each other. We will have the opportunity to discuss the challenges and impacts of difficult organizational times; learn practical strategies and tools for addressing change, individually as a team and rebuild team connections and foster a supported environment despite challenges.
Leading Through Difficult Times will focus on key questions explored through the session:
- How have recent staff reductions or organizational changes impacted you personally and professionally?
- How can we support each other in staying resilient and motivated during difficult times?
- How can we ensure that our association remains connected and engaged moving forward, even with everything going on?
