Membership

Members

If you’re the person to whom your Board Chair or CEO turns for administrative management and support at a public Canadian cegep, college or institute, you may want to consider membership.

GPOP is an association of individuals contributing to Canadian colleges and institutes as board professionals and/or as a president’s administrative right hand.

Click here for a list of members as of July 19, 2017.

How do you join? If you hold a role as described above but aren’t receiving messages from the GPOP listserv, please contact the Membership and Communications Committee’s Diana Falcon, at dfalcon@langara.ca. Diana manages and maintains GPOP’s listserv, and will relay your membership request to the Board of Directors. Anticipate as prompt a response as possible, knowing that we’re all dedicated to our respective organisations’ successes as well as our professional association.

Is there a membership fee? As of March 2017, there is no membership fee. GPOP members registering for the AGM pay registration fees through CICan’s conference registration site, and CICan transfers a portion of that registration fee to GPOP.

Resources  Once membership is confirmed, you’ll have access to both our national listserv and the Members’ Login section of this site. There, you’ll find AGM agendas, minutes, professional development links and more. We also encourage you to actively contribute to this resource, and you are encouraged to contact Directors as follows.
